RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We gladly offer 100% free refunds within 60 days of purchase date. If you would like to schedule a return please click HERE.
*Please note, we are only able to accept returns and exchanges on items purchased directly through BinxyBaby.com within 60 days of the purchase date. If you purchased your Binxy Baby product from another retailer, please contact them for their return policies.
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued in the original payment method. Please note, it can take up to two weeks for the refund to show on your account.
EXCHANGES
We will gladly exchange an unused shopping cart hammock or shopping cart cover in its original packaging within 60 days of purchase date. If you would like to schedule an exchange please click HERE.

SHIPPING
US orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with an average delivery time of 3-6 days from the order date.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the address is correct prior to shipping. Please make sure the color selection and address are correct BEFORE you place your order. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are thrilled to be able to ship worldwide! All purchases made outside the United States are final. We are not responsible for replacement of lost packages. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Unclaimed or refused deliveries will be charged return shipping.
If your package is being shipped outside of the US, it is possible it may be delayed in customs. Please note, items can be delayed in customs for up to 45 days. If you still have not received your order 30 days after it was processed, please contact your local postal service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit and it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
