SHIPPING (U.S.) 

• Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) is $6.95 for orders under $75.
• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
• Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days from the ship date.
• Orders ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (excluding holidays).
• Need it sooner? Upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (2–5 business days) at checkout for an additional fee.

Please double-check your shipping address and color selection before placing your order. Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.



RETURNS 

We offer free returns within 60 days of purchase for items bought directly from BinxyBaby.com.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
• Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to appear on your account.

If your order qualified for free shipping (orders $75+), no shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

If you paid for standard shipping, that shipping charge is non-refundable.

Upgraded shipping fees (USPS Priority Mail or similar) are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES 

We’re happy to exchange any unused shopping cart hammock or cart cover in original packaging within 60 days.

Exchanges apply only to purchases made directly on BinxyBaby.com.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide.

• All international purchases are final sale.
• Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customs delays may occur and can extend up to 45 days.
• Unclaimed or refused packages will be charged return shipping.

If your package has not arrived within 30 days, please contact your local postal service first, then reach out to us if you still need assistance.

While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we’re always happy to help you track down a shipment.
