RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ISSUED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE. Returned or exchanged items must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. If you would like to schedule a return, please email Lisa at sales@binxybaby.com within 30 days of customer receipt date to arrange shipping. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund. The refund will be issued in your original method of payment.
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged.
